Sometimes it’s not until after a book that I realize it’s problems. And The Miseducation of Cameron Post did have problems with the fact that her making out with a college girl wasn’t talked of as a damaging thing. I have edited my review to reflect that more, and in the future I will think carefully before reviewing books. When the problem with the book is that type of problem, then it is very important to point out that.

Ten Interview Questions for the Next Big Thing:
What is your working title of your book (or story)?
Where did the idea come from for the book?
I am honestly not sure. No, wait the title.. I thought of it, and then I stated to think of the plot.
What genre does your book fall under?
Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?
Anna-Sophia Robb for Gertra.
Skye Bennett as Maurice
Jace…I am not sure.
Rose Leslie as Jane
Agent Carter…again, I am not sure.
Ms. Ice(yes, that is a fake name she uses. :P)…Michelle Dockery, maybe? She would need to have blonde hair for it though.
What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?
Three teens run a detective agency, but there is more danger than just the cases they solve surrounding them.
Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?
An agency is what I’ll aim for.
How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?
A month. *points to Nanowrimo* And it shows.
What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?
I suppose the old Boxcar Children books, and then Sherlock Holmes. Except they are much, much better.
Who or what inspired you to write this book?
I…really don’t know. I think it was the title. It jumped out at me, and I found it intriguing.
What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?
There is science-fic stuff? Kinda of….And there is a kidnapper(but there is stuff that makes them not so bad, believe me)/detective romance! Yay! Messed up, right?
In all seriousness, don’t fall in love with your kidnapper.
Unless he is Artemis Fowl.
Yes…I apologize my followers. *bows deeply* I had production week, and a project to finish so I pretty much abandoned my online life except for two of my role-plays. But now I’m back.
And I do not know what to say. Hmm. Lets see. Ah. Yes. Here we go. First…Well, I’m not entirely sure why penguins crop up so much on my blog, but there you go.
So. One of my good friends suggested “If you were outside and it started raining penguins, literally. What would you or people do?”
First I’d start screaming and wish I had watched Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds so I knew how to prepare. Then I’d run inside, lock the door, and decide that the penguins are indeed cursed. First depressing movies, then attacking me.
I’m popular, aren’t I? *fluffs hair*
Anyway, here are the awards. The Shine on Award and and The Seriously, What a Great Blog award both from Nevillegirl! *huggles Nevillegirl*
I’m really sorry I’ve been slow getting around to these. I’ve been busy, and when I’m not busy I’ve gotten in one of those moods were I just want to watch The Golden Girls.
But I’m getting back my energy. So. Here we are.
Thank you Nevillegirl! It means a lot.

What do your shoes look like?
Well, I’m wearing sock now, but the shoes I wore today are boots with little sliver buckles. Quite cute if I do say so myself.
What’s the strangest thing you’ve heard someone say lately?
I…lets see, where should I began…A lot of weird stuff has been said lately, but now I can’t think of any.
Hmm. Oh, yes. “We stalk because we care.” Don’t ask.
What’s the strangest thing you’ve said lately?
“Clark and Lewis could have been a sitcom.” I mean, seriously. Clark would have been bullied so much by mean reviewers on a writing site. Poor guy.
What is your current computer wallpaper?
Little and big squares.
What do you remember about your very first day of school?
I hated it. And the helper moms didn’t understand my allergies.
That may have just prompted me being homeschooled. I don’t really remember the first day of it…other than workbooks were bad.
Who is your favorite character – that you’ve created?
Edith Far. I adore her. She’s got black curly hair, a cool dress, and a really bad sense of how you should behave to someone who loves you.
What would your survival strategy be in the Hunger Games?
What song are you listening to right now?
How Great is our God, and this version is sung by Chris Tomlin.
What’s the scariest book you’ve ever read?
I’m not actually sure…but I was very scared of the BFG, or rather the giants that weren’t the BFG that were in the BFG. Ugh.
How is that a children’s book?
What’s behind you? (You can be literal or metaphorical.)
A lousy headache and my pillow. *managed to be both metaphorical and literal* *aren’t I something*

1,135,789. That’s how many subscribers sixteen-year-old West Ryder has on his web vlog series. But he only has eyes for one of them.
As one of the internet’s most prestigious video bloggers, West talks about high school relationships under the name “Sam Green.” As far as he knows, no one from school, not even his best friend, Cat, has seen his videos. But the highlight of the whole thing is Harper Knight, who comments every day at exactly 2:02 in the afternoon. He doesn’t know anything about her aside from the occasional deep philosophical messaging on why pizza tastes so delicious, but as stupid as it sounds, he might be falling for her. So when they finally agree to meet in real life, West’s hope for romance seems more and more in reach. But that all changes as soon as he arrives at their meeting spot and sees Cat walking toward him, wearing the same “I ❤ Sam Green” T-shirt Harper promised she’d have on.
To his alarm, West realizes he is falling in love with the best friend who has always been a sister to him.

It was dreadful of me to forget,” said Anne apologetically, “but that was the afternoon I was trying to think of a name for Violet Vale and it crowded other things out. Matthew was so good. He never scolded a bit. He put the tea down himself and said we could wait awhile as well as not. And I told him a lovely fairy story while we were waiting, so he didn’t find the time long at all. It was a beautiful fairy story, Marilla. I forgot the end of it, so I made up an end for it myself and Matthew said he couldn’t tell where the join came in.”
